Greet and receive patients and their escorts
•Take telephone calls and provide information requested.
•Direct telephone calls to concerned departments, staff, and patients.

•Doing admin/secretarial task in physiotherapy department like; arranging the rooster of the therapist, preparing their daily patient lists, booking follow up sessions of patients, ordering supplies needed for the department from central store, and sorting referrals.
•Doing call center agent task; receiving and forwarding calls accordingly, arranging calendar of doctors, booking appointments, doing reconfirmations of booked patients.
