Project: TUBE (Transport Urbanise par le Bus d’Echange)

TUBE aims to ensure the exchange between different IT systems for smart meters through the exposition of services within ERDF. It is a middleware project that allows the orchestration and stateless routing of services. It also ensures the standardization which facilitates, reuse and interoperability of the application services. My responsibilities include:

- Managing the technical team (>15 members) (organizing, monitoring and reporting).
- Responsible for key architecture and design decisions including high availability and security while ensuring they meet industry standards.
- Coordination with seven different IT projects to identify dependencies, synchronize service contracts and manage planning.
- Prototyping, Proof of Concepts (POC) and feasibility studies.
- Production of Technical Notes on architecture, industrialization and development guides.
- Assistance to the integration team for deployment and connectivity issues on different platforms.

2009 - 2013 : Technical Leader at EDF (Electricité de France)
Project : SDIN (Système d’information Nucléaire)

SDIN aims to renovate the information system of the nuclear plants in France to significantly improve their productivity. This Program consists of several application blocks including the EAM - Enterprise Asset Management. My role is to lead the EAM technical team to ensure that business requirements are correctly translated into the technical specifications and that the design & development teams respect the required standards and patterns. My other activities include:

- Responsible for the conceptual and logical designs for the interfaces and workflows.
- Presentations in technical committees with client and service providers.
- Assistance for Go Live on more than fifteen nuclear sites in France.
- Managing the technical team (>10 members) (organizing, monitoring and reporting).
- Expertise and technical support to software designers and developers.
- Participation in the development life cycle from inception to deployment and testing activities.
- Analysis of performance issues and organizing code audit for quality assurance.

Designing of safebox management application and its integration with existing billing system in SAP. The application was deployed in more than seven hundred branches in France. My activities include:

- Definition of the architecture roadmap.
- Coaching of the development team.

2005 - 2006 : Developer at MEDIT
Project : ELeadDiscovery (Outil de automatisation de workflow chemoinformatique)

Developed an application for lexicaly/Morphologicaly analysing and annotating scientific PDF articles. Developed the “process management” part of ELeadDiscovery (Workflow Automation tool) which included scheduling, execution and controlling process launched on remote machines.
