Working for GIZ Jordan on the Employment in Jordan 2030 (EJ2030) project, supporting evidence-based employment policy development with the Ministry of Labour and enhancing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Human Resources (HR) practices with industry chambers. Contributing to initiatives that enhance the employability and labour market inclusion of persons with disabilities, young people, and women. Supporting IT-related solutions for the Ministry of Labour, as well as monitoring and evaluation activities and impact assessments to inform evidence-based decision-making.

Co-founded and led student initiatives within LANA JU, actively contributing to student activism during the 2024 JU
elections. Served as Activities Director and leadership board member, organizing events and campaigns to engage students
in campus life and election activities.

Established and ran a full-service event planning company, Middle East Horizon, where I oversaw business operations, built partnerships, and managed logistics. The company organized a wide range of events including conferences, graduations, and collaborations with NGOs.

Contributed to the modernization of existing digital systems to improve their performance and long-term usability. Assisted in preparing and organizing environments to support smoother project delivery and supported the collection and preparation of data from public sources for research and prototype development. Collaborated closely with team members from different functions in a structured, iterative workflow, gaining experience in teamwork, problem-solving, and project processes.
