* RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
* Assisting the General Manager in preparing the tender from beginning stage till submission.
* Detail study of the Scope of tender, drawings, schedule equipments, specifications, quantity
take off and preparation of Bill of Quantities for Electrical and HVAC equipments in excel
format for lump sum projects.
* Making site survey for upcoming projects,
* Review and approval of shop drawings and material submittal submitted by contractor
* Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.
* Planning and execution on the HVAC and Electrical side for
HVAC and Electrical)
Resposibilities:
* Attending Pre Bid Meetings and Job Explanation Meetings
* Preparing of Cost Estimate for Bidding Projects.
* Calculating Manpower, Material and Equipment Unit Rates with Current Market Values.
* Responsible for all Supporting Documents to Submit in the Bid Package.
* Preparing Detail Description of Materials and Providing to Purchase Department before raising
Purchase Order for Construction Material.
* RFQ (Request For Quotation) and Follow up Quotations and prepare Quotation Comparison for
Major Materials.
* Monitoring for the Cable Tray Installation and Cable Pulling and Cable Jointing.
* Preparing for the MTC (Material Test Certificate) and submitting the Catalogs and inspections for
the Client.
* Monitoring the Installation of the Pressurized Fans, Kitchen Exhaust System, Basement Extract
Systems, Power Panel, Blower Motors and CO sensor panel.
* Preparing tentative construction schedules for the site work.
* Preparing daily project update report to submit to the Client.
* Studying and analyzing the clients’ entire project specification, drawings, catalogues etc.
* Reviewing the drawing for the Cable layout supervising the cable laying.
* Preparing daily and monthly project update report to submit to the Client.
* Inspecting of Electrical material and equipment prior to any installations.
* Conducting Megger and Continuity test for high and low power and instrument cable.
* Making sure the installation is as per DEWA standards.
* Monitoring the installation of complete HVAC system as per ASHRAE and SMACNA standards.
* Preparing material Submittals as per the site specifications.
* Reviewing Drawings, , Preparing BOQ, Site Co-ordination, Commissioning of FAHU, AHU’s, Extract Fans
with termination of Control Panels.
