Responsibilities included but not limited to:

 As a Lead Planner, developed project WBS, work packages, planning procedures and progress measurement
techniques/systems. Created and maintained project baseline master schedule (Macro and Micro level) with
resources and cost allocations in Primavera (P6) in accordance with CPM.
 Communicated project schedule objectives to suppliers, vendors and sub-contractor and challenged their inputs.
Reviewed issues, progress and productivity performance reports and forecast from subdivisions involved in the
project. Monitored opportunities and developed simulations, as required.
 Supported project management team related to delays and/or improvements of the schedule. Reported schedule
deviations proactively on assigned tasks related to trades packages. Regularly tracked and reported actual Vs
baseline. Identified potential delays and prepared recovery programs to avoid slippages. Closely monitored the
impact on Critical path of project and gave necessary corrective actions and recommendations. Developed forecasts
to foresee problem areas on the schedule and notify management if it affects the critical path.
 Ensured consistency of project scope and schedule with overall project flow by coordinating with engineering,
procurement, field installation, commissioning and contract management team. Prepare detailed schedule by
breaking down into shorter terms for easier tracking. Prepared EOT claims. Developed acceleration schedules to
meet time and budget targets. Evaluated and defended contractors EOT.
 Generated Earned value Analysis (EV), schedule variance and cost variance, CPI/SPI, Prestart Estimate (PSE),
Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Estimate to Complete (ETC) reports. Analyzed progress related KPI's (client and

internal). Prepared daily, weekly, monthly & dash-board reports. Provided look ahead schedules with resource usage
to respective trades & sites. Prepared cash flow plans and S-Curves.
 Identified Risk and establish mitigation measures and corrective actions. Worked within Project team to lead the
establishment and update of Level 1 Schedule relating to complex/critical development and capitalization projects
(relating to bid and contract).
 Harmonized and integrated Level 2 schedules by coordinating with site planners, various functions and subdivisions
involved in the project. Prepared monthly manpower usage profile for management review. Assisted management
with special projects, communications and procedure development.
 Monitored changes in project and implemented schedule change management process. Chaired periodic progress
review meetings with client, vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors to lead schedule related discussions, schedule
harmonization and synchronization. Provide technical and analytical expertise to subordinates
