 My duties are to manage quality assurance and quality control activities conducted by Quality department ensuring that Quality department fulfills its own company quality management system, quality assurance and quality control requirements as referenced by ISO 9001:2015 and client specification like Schedule-Q and mandatory client standards, specifications and procedures etc.
 Developing project baselines; monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
 Comply with the policies, Guidelines and strategies laid down by the Project Manager to achieve objectives of the company.
 in association with other Division, Department ensure effective compliance with the Quality Assurance system, procedures.
 Prepare and make sure timely delivery of Project deliverables, monitor with quality supervisor and all inspectors’ inspection activities such as material Receiving, Handling, Storage and Preservation.
 Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly Quality reports to client including PQI.
 Provide guidance to division/Department for preparation, implementation and improvement of all procedures.
 Attend daily and weekly quality meetings (MOM) with clients, discussing and resolving project design, Procurements and construction quality related issues.
 Monitor fulfillments of quality management system requirements including completion project quality documentation like project quality plan, ITPs, inspection checklists, test reports and quality procedure.
 Review project monthly resource management like correct number of qualified man power is available to meet project quality requirements as proposed by client quality system requirements,
 Establish and implement quality assurance and quality control training and improvement plans analyzing project periodic data, records for continual improvement.
 Monitor inspectors’ performance for continual improvement.
 Follow up with construction team to complete all internal and company NCR, log book entries within ACD.
 Plan and conduct the internal and external 25% and 75% project completion audits.
 Review and Monitor Documents with Document Controller to keeping update all Quality documents with latest revision such as project Drawings, QCPs, ITPs, PQP, RFI log, INCR, NCR and LBE log including all incoming and outgoing transmittals.
 Guide and provide support to Quality inspectors for preparation of Energization Packages, Hydrotest Packages, Loop folder Packages and submit to client for their review and approval.
 Liaising with inspectors and monitoring the destructive testing for welding procedures according to ASME SEC. IX, Fit up and welding inspection of equipment at fabrication shop and pipe lines at above ground racks.
 Prepare and make sure timely delivery of Project deliverables, monitor with quality supervisor and all inspectors’ inspection activities such as material Receiving, Storage, Handling and Preservation, Installations, all types of testing such as hydro testing, NDT testing, FDT, CBR, CPT, soil sampling, slump test, Compressive strength test within 7 days and 28 days, Motor solorun test, hi-pot test, IR test, winding resistance test for Motor, contact resistance test for breakers, Turn ration test for TXFR, , oil dielectric withstand test, relay tripping test, Calibration, FAT and SAT test, Trip set point logic test, PMCC, pre-commissioning, Loop check, energization of electrical equipment,
 Coordinate with and guidance to QC team for stage inspection of Civil, Mechanical, Piping, welding and E&I activities as a part of continual improvement and customer satisfaction. Review and authorization of final material data record book to be handed over to the clients.
 Capture, records and implement effective lessons learned.

Management, Quality Incident Reports, Lesson learn Sharing and follow-up.
• Liaising with inspectors and monitoring the destructive testing for welding procedures according to
ASME SEC. IX, Fit up and welding inspection of equipment at fabrication shop and pipe lines at above
ground racks.
• Liaising with CIVIL inspector for all civil activities like Soil Sampling Subgrade & Subbase, Backfilling
FDT (Field Density Test), Material Receiving, Placement of concrete, Surface preparation, Moisture
test, DFT, Dynamic Compaction, CBR test, Concrete strength test at 07 and 28 days in TPI lab, Batch
Plant approval and review the mix design.
• All statutory and stated requirements are adhered to and any expected or observed non- compliances
are promptly brought to the attention of project managers. The team is then guided towards resolving
non-compliances and improving processes.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Monitor the daily construction activities through daily surveillance at each inspectors areas, and
instruct all inspectors for surveillance daily basis.
• Provide technical guidance to all inspectors if needed.
• Attend daily and weekly quality meetings with clients, discussing and resolving project design,
Procurements and construction quality related issues.
• Monitor fulfillments of quality management system requirements including completion project quality
documentation like project quality plan, ITPs, inspection checklists, test reports and quality procedure.
• Review project monthly resource management like correct number of qualified man power is available
to meet project quality requirements as proposed by client quality system requirements.
• Ensure all the monitoring and measuring devices on the project are calibrated as per international
standards and all the calibration logs are updated.
• Prepare and submit Quality Audit Schedule after 15% and 60% construction completion stage Audit
Plan to the company representative for review and approval.
• Review the nonconformities identified during client audit and investigate root causes and initiate
corrective actions and closeout of corrective actions prior to the next scheduled audit.
• Monitor inspectors performance for continual improvement.
• Implement company NCR and corrective action report system to report the non-conformances after
review and follow-up for effective corrective and preventive action to control reoccurrences of non-
conformances on the project. Plan and organize QA/QC activities to meet project quality and target
dates.
• Coordinate with and guidance to QC team for stage inspection of Civil, Mechanical, Piping and
welding and E&I activities as a part of continual improvement and customer satisfaction. Review and
authorization of final material data record book to be handed over to the clients.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly Quality management reports. Reviewed all PMCC punches
and uploaded in system, follow up with inspectors for closing all PMCC punches after completion of
works.

• Preparing QCP&ITP and inspection checklist for procurement and construction according to project
quality Plan (PQP). Co-ordination of implementation of ISO 9000 standards, specifications, codes &

COMPANY.
• Monitoring of discipline inspection and testing. Monitoring and coordinating the QC activities to meet
project quality standard.
• Maintain and improve the quality standard in project construction work. Give technical support to QC
Inspector. Keeping records of all open NCR/DR/LBE and keeping update.
• Follow up NCR/DR and log book entry to close the issue. Coordinate with subcontractors QC staff.

• Follow up all Pro-active notification, General comments and Standard violation which are raised by
PID in QMIS and writing their corrective and Preventive action report.
• Conduct seminars, site meetings. Preparation of checklists, quality records, compilation of test packs,
as-built drawings.
• Monitor the calibration status of Inspection Measuring and Test equipment used in the project.
Analysis and reschedule any deviations or change of scope required.
• Conducting Functional logic testing, trouble shooting, module testing, preparation and supervising for
testing of logical sequence and interlock in start-up and shutdown based on cause-and-effect
diagram.
• Carried out DCS point configuration, Picture Editing, Group configuration & Button configuration.
Loop checking and loop modification. Probe and Proximitor characteristics check.
• Monitor and inspect Proximitor installation, calibration and probe adjustment for axial and redial type.
• Attend weekly meetings with client Saudi Aramco regarding Quality issues.

tower.
• Witness for the installation and Pre-Commissioning of 13.8KV Switchgear, MCC, Transformer and
NGR.
• Responsible for the inspection of Cable tray and Cable bus installation.
• Responsible for the inspection of installation, testing and Pre-Commissioning of Battery Charger,
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), Panel board and Control panel.
◦ Responsible for the inspection of Dry type transformer, lighting fixtures, Conduit and Boxes
installation.
◦ Inspection of cable trench and Duct bank, direct buried cable laying and grounding system.
◦ Inspection of stub-up installation for motors, transformer and street lightings.
◦ Inspection of storage battery installation for UPS and battery Charger and witness for the Pre
Commissioning.
◦ Inspection for the preservation, installation and functional testing of low voltage and medium
voltage induction and Synchronous motors with local control station.
◦ Responsible for closing of Punch list item and submission of the Quality Control documents to
Saudi Aramco.
◦ Inspection for the installation and Pre-Commissioning of lighting system such as street lighting,
area lighting, Flare stack and pipe rack.
◦ Witness for the installation and testing of Cathodic Protection for fire water hydrant and Post
indicator valve.
◦ Witness for the installation and testing of cathodic rectifier for drinking water tank.

• Preparation of Quality control procedure, Inspection test Plan, Method statement and co-ordination

 Review, Analysis & co-ordination for modification of Instrument Location Plans, Cable schedule, Control / Marshalling Cabinet, DCS CONSOL installations at control room and PIB, Electrical & Pneumatic Hook-Ups as per the site requirements.
 Review / Approval of EPC Contractor Inspection & Test Plan, Work Procedures and Co- Ordination, Guidance and Technical support to Contractors.
 Witnessing & monitoring of Calibration, Installation, Loop checking & Functional Tests of Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level instruments, Analyzers, Control / On-Off Valves, Safety Relief Valves, Fire & Gas Instruments, Speed / Vibration sensors etc.
 Monitoring for Installation & Testing of Instrument Air and Impulse tubing, Cable Routing, Laying, Segregation, Sealing, and Termination & Grounding.
