I am reporting to Regional Logistics Manager directly and holding senior position in the Warehouse/Logistics Dept controlling more than 45 staffs. Our team support for the Planning/Procurement/QAQC/EHS & Production departments within the companies having the storage capacity of 300000 SQFT.
Job Responsibilities
Coordination with Procurement/supplier for the import documents as per the priority
Execute all Inbound SEA/Air/Land shipment arrange the delivery
Conduct negotiations with transporters/forwarders and monitor their performance
Advance storage planning for the 3 factories for all the inbound shipments
Supervise the Inbound/Preparation coordinators to issue the material on time
Manage the inventory of incoming/preparation/Transfer & consumption
Monitor & Control the stock Inventory for 3 factories accurately
Execute and Manage the subordinates to complete assigned task on time
Preparing weekly Material flow planning/Inbound/Outbound reports
Assist Regional Logistics Manager in routine functions to define the department goals
Prepare short/long term forecast and product supply planning
Develop and implement logistics operations management policies and procedures as per the International Standards according to the project wise
Observe and direct programs to ensure the safety of all personnel, equipment, and property
Managing & Controlling the staff attendance/leave/shift & Over time schedule
Expedite the material for the production as per priority
