Worked as a project manager with a team that engages with overseas clients in both the Asian region and the Middle East to develop and manage SalesBox - a sales management software (also web based) for sales professionals and customers. I was dedicated to work with the software development and the sales team primarily on generating new business leads, customer acquisition and to cater change requests and inquiries of the existing customer base.
● Meet with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, estimation activities and scope documentation
● Perform and report on multiple business analysis activities including gap analysis, business modelling, market research and product demonstrations
● Ensuring Prompt after Sales Service, establishing strong buyer - seller relationships and achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
● Utilise Agile methodology to identify product gaps and generate backlogs, create mockups and author technical/functional solution documents along with solution engineers and architects

● Produce, organise and maintain visual artefacts including mind-maps, slide decks, images and spreadsheets
● Liaise with product owners and business heads to sign off user stories and finalise approval for each sprint
● Work with the engineering teams to conduct backlog grooming, story refinement, change request management throughout the development lifecycle, sprint planning and other agile ceremonies.

● Define and validate service contracts with the 3rd party integration companies, and dependent application teams.
● Define SOPs, business processes and KPIs wherever applicable
● Conduct product demonstrations and products reviews with clients and stakeholders at the end of each sprint
Worked as a business Analyst and supported the development team by gathering, validating and documenting business requirements. Analysed data for the company and I was responsible for collecting requirements, documenting, analysing market trends, diagraming, and creating change request reports.
● Documenting high-level and detailed, functional/technical requirements as themes, epics and user stories and creating product backlog
● Leading and conducting requirement elicitation workshops with the client
● Designing user journeys, flowcharts and business flow diagrams using collaborative tools
● Create and design mockups and wireframes for the proposed screens
● Conducting and leading estimation sessions
● Review test cases, and implementation review each sprint
● Creating detailed video and text user guides for each module in the application
