· Ensure Activity/Trace reports are printed and actioned on a daily basis
· To record all enquiries, lost/refused business in order to assess total demand
· To identify, assess and pass on any sales leads to relevant personnel or action personally, when necessary
· To ensure customer satisfaction at all times. To provide a personalised service and to report any complaints, comments and compliments
· Meeting with clients for showrounds and appointments when necessary
