• Opportunity prioritisation: Conducted structured fit assessments against Acasus capabilities and strategy,
producing comparisons on eligibility, funding mechanisms, and programmatic relevance to inform leadership
go/no-go decisions.
• BD systems: Improved internal BD workflows; maintained libraries of past performance references, decks,
concept notes, CVs, and compliance documents; tracked deliverables and version control across active bids.

• Procurement: Ran end-to-end procurement cycles - sourced and evaluated vendors, negotiated contracts worth
up to USD 500k, and ensured 98% OTIF (on-time-in-full) delivery. Monitored supplier performance and prepared
improvement recommendations.
• Contracts: Drafted and negotiated contracts, amendments, and legal documents; managed recording, filing, and
archiving. Supported the BD team with bid writing, and reviewed and audited vendor invoices for compliance
with contractual terms.

• Oversaw HR operations for staff: recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
