Part of the inception and development of the company, alongside the owners. Solely responsible to Manage the different projects within the company, including E-commerce website “www.taraf-me.com”, which dealt in Fashion and sports products, a Marketplace for Home based sellers “www.minalbait.com” and an F&B project which supplied Dried Fruits in the retail market, under the brand name of “Azka”. As General Manager, responsibilities included meeting with prospective retailers to carry our products, planning expansion into different cities, providing employees with necessary support to carry out their tasks etc.

o Solely responsible for the formation of the company, which included dealing with various government authorities to obtain various licenses for the company
o Managed and oversaw the development phase of multiple F&B products, as well as launched to get them to the F&B retail market
o Oversaw development from start to launch of various websites, which included inhouse development, as well as third party development
o Meeting with different retailers across UAE to introduce and launch F&B products
o Development and groundwork of future projects alongside the owners of the company, as well as keeping an eye out for potential business ventures
o Planning out everyday schedules for employees and delegating tasks as per the requirement of a specific project
o Managing relationship with third party vendors, as well as government authorities associated to the business
o Integral part of the board meetings to raise and discuss issues, as well as discussion of progress regarding all ongoing projects
