• Requesting inspection certifications for boomers and chains used to secure equipment`s to send for Aramco jobs.
• Making interview for new drivers to hire for transportation requirements and further fwd application to HR for hiring and book them for minimum safety trainings as per schedule for each category.
• Making and sharing daily transportation reports with department managers and cell leaders and ops manager for light vehicles and heavy vehicles.
• Arranging all new hired transportation staff for PPE and other required employee access cards and IDs.
• Requesting route permits weight permits and wide load permits for all operational requirements for Aramco jobs.
• Managing driver’s rotation files and air tickets exit re-entry for their vacation.
• Making schedule for team members for their shift working hours on monthly basis and their days off.
• Completing all other tasks assigned by management or required by operational departments.
