• Establishment of a camp and site offices from civil works to finishing, area 15, 000 M2.
• Arrange the logistics of the site (Equipment’s, Material, and Labor), follow up the preventive maintenance and the daily cost to prepare monthly report and provide security and safety.
•scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors including daily, weekly and preventive maintenance for Generators, ACs, fire fighting, plumbing, Electrical, sewage station, steel work and finishing at camp and site offices.
• Control the cost of diesel, maintenance, over time, according to equipment’s movement.
• Support the workshop with what is necessary to carry out the work and arrange logistics services for the site and follow up the detours with the safety section.
• Follow-up and resolution of environmental problems in the project and coordination with the General Environment Authority.
• Put administrative procedures for housing and equipment’s in accordance with ISO standards.
• Ensure task/duties are executed and carried out at camp in accordance with the approved work instructions & procedures to maintain quality management and safety management policies.
• Manage and oversee all issues related to the Camp. Modify timelines and work schedules of project employees according to project changes.
• Manage and optimize resources needed to implement the project and maintain budgets at Camp. Ensure Transportation and Occupancy efficiency rate is maintained
• Regularly assesses and reviews process and procedures to identify areas of improvement and establish acceptance of new methods and standards.

• Maintains strategic working relationships with all key departments, and subcontractors/suppliers.
• Verify services rendered by vendor’s providers (Laundry and Catering) as per scope of work.

• Follow the team work ( Monitoring, housekeeping, Catering, Maintenance, safety and nursing).
• Prepare a monthly report showing the number of workers, daily IN & OUT, maintenance cost, daily expenses and catering cost.
