I was responsible to handle the complete Transportation processes, heading a team of 25 people in different departments. We have 200 trucks and more than 200 drivers. I used to handle their concerns, look over the maintenance of trucks, their route planning, arranging cash flow for the company, meeting customers, making new customers, take report of Sales team, take report of maintenance team, look over the operations, projects and administration.
Worked through 20 truck and converted them into 200. Had 50 drivers and now the company is holding more than 200 drivers. Our team consisted of 4 people including myself and now 40 working with us. We had one office in Jeddah and now opened offices in Riyadh, Dammam, Yanbu and Khamis.
We expanded our portfolio and went into Dyna (Small Vehicle) business as well. Now handling local distribution door to door of major brands like Sadia Chicken and Mars group.
Our company has grown. Now I plan to seek new challenges in different countries.
