- Support the registration and regulatory process for products under your management
- Conduct seminars, trainings and workshops to sales team and customers
- Monitor the sales performance of all products under your management
- Provide company-wide technical support for your products
- Manage relationship with all principal companies for your products
- Develop and follow up on sales leads for your products
- Develop your product range by suggesting complementary products that suit the market
- Support team in visiting customers and introducing our products
- Develop and achieve sales forecast for your products
- Design and implement “Launch campaigns”
- Preparation of sales analysis reports for your products
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers related to your products
- Update the CRM for all support cases and sales leads for your products
- Carry out promotional trips to visit customers
- Develop the necessary distribution network for your products
- Guide distributors and sales teams on how to create opportunities for your products
- Working on the Following Products: ELiTech group, BlueGenome, ViroTech, BioControl, Diapro, IQ products, BioSampling System, Diatron and Biolog.
- Provide training and demo for new and existing customers
- Solve problems through investigation, deduction and logical reasoning
- Provide technical support to resolve issues, manage site effectiveness and enable ongoing customer satisfaction
- Provide second level support, including on-call, in response to user problems and questions regarding system functionality, operations, input/output, reporting, and general operational procedures
- Provide technical support for establishing all clinical system
- Working on the following products: Biomerieux, Beckman Coulter, Sysmex, Tcoag and Arkray
