Job Responsibilities
1.Processing new visa as per the selection of operation and approval of administration.
2.Preparing necessary arrangement for staff medical and notify the operation at least twenty four hours early with list of employee.
3.Responsible for arranging staff labor card/Medical card and hand over to operation with received document.
4.Arranging visit visas or mission visas as per the requirement of operation.
5.Responsible for receiving new employees from airport and hand over to camp Boss.
6.Responsible for collecting all the travel document including passport hand over to Asst Administration officer.
7.Ensure the Group entire license and other legal documents are free from blockage or expiry.
8.Maintain entire document of all individual employee including all the expiry date of their passport/labor card/visa and medical card; cross check with administration secretary every week for any discrepancy.
9.Keep administration manager updated in case of any visa regulation changes.
10.Prepare the monthly budget for all kind of PRO expenses due to visa renewal, medical card renewal or labor card renewal and the budget for current month should be submitted to H.R manager at least thirty days in advance.
11.Monitoring the job of asst PRO and filing section; schedule his job at least one day in advance.
12.Checking of the entire P.O.BOX on regular basis and monitor its renewal.
13.Monitoring all the government legal fees are paid on time which related with employee and the license.
14.Verifying those documents needs legal translation and takes corrective measures.
15.Responsible for addressing all kind of immigration issues and make sure the company is out of every kind of penalties.
