Established in Jeddah in 1988 and has a capacity 15 production lines with more than 900 employees, manufactures Dry / Sandwich Biscuit, Maamoul, Flat / Rolled Wafer & Coated / Uncoated Biscuits. In charge of HSE, Production, Maintenance and Quality.
•Responsibilities
Oversee daily sales and Operations of the Plant, exceeding Company sales and Operations Goals, Responsible for profit and loss in all aspects of the business.
•Leadership
Distribute workloads to plant Managers Lead, and implement Operation excellence in line with business requirements, through accountability and ownership to achieve individual & company targets
•Operations Strategy
Formulate & align Operation strategy with company mission, vision, values and strategic objectives in order to continually improve Operations efficiencies and accommodate the rapid growth of the business
•Operations Budget
Prepare, maintain, & control all budgets to ensure that expenditure is in line with the business plan
•Health, Safety & Environment
Ensure that all HSE standards (like OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001) are strictly adhered to, to ensure an accident free workplace
and good Manufacturing Practices.

Sunbulah is a Saudi company established 25 years ago, offering highest quality food products. Sunbulah enjoys a strong market share in Saudi and Gulf region and exports to Asia, Europe and Africa.
Its products range includes frozen convenience bakery and pastries, ready meals (meat, poultry and fish), and dairy products all sold under SUNBULAH and WALIMA brands. Sunbulah is also market leader in honey, its prominent brands are ALSHIFA and SARY.

Sunbulah Egypt, was established in 2005 to serve growing Egyptian market and as a manufacturing hub for Gulf and MENA countries.

Bahgat Industrial group includes (12) industrial companies, employing over (2000) people. Produces household appliances, under its GOLDI brand name. It’s the licensed manufacturer of some internationally recognized brands such as, Daewoo, and YORK. The group also includes furniture, and marble manufacturing companies.

-International electrical products (IEP), producing TV, household appliances and personal computers.
- Egy. plastic, for injection molding of engineering parts for group companies.
- Furniture manufacturing company, (EGY. HOUSE), and its retail outlets (Bahgat Stores).

• Determine training needs for Management and leadership skills, quality & productivity systems, process center-lining tools, cost reduction projects and HR job skill qualification.

Olayan Kimberly-Clark, Tissue Mill operation is a joint venture between Saudi based, Olayan group and US based Kimberly-Clark Corporation (KC). Manufactures, and sells KC global branded consumer products, (KLEENEX, HUGGIES, and KOTEX) in the Gulf.

NOV.1992 to Quality Assurance Manager
JAN.1995 Reporting to General Manager.

Trained at KC USA on tissue manufacturing technology, corporate quality /operation systems, and environmental process control.
Member in Mill start-up team supervising Mill construction, organization design, staffing, and training. Successful mill start-up under budget and on Schedule.

Mill QA responsibility in tissue manufacturing, converting, Water treatment operation and environmental control;

• Implement in-process quality system, process capabilities analysis, process control system, and products grades standardizations. Achieved 40% waste reduction.
• Member of the Saudi Arabian standards organization for setting tissue quality standards in the gulf.
• Process water optimization, reducing its cost by 30%, and increasing effluent treatment efficiency by 20%.

JAN.1995 to Senior Operations Manager
Aug. 1998 Reporting to General Manager.

Responsible for overall Mill’s operation;

• Mill safety committee to develop preventive and corrective safety programs.Increased safety learning leading to 20% reduction in accidents.

Responsible for completion schedules, methods improvements, and cost savings. Supported structural assembly, for the C-17 carrier aircraft production program. Liaison with US Air force officers, presenting solutions to quality and scheduling issues. Successfully and safely completed assigned assemblies.

Resigned and joined OKC for career development.

E&J is market leader in US and Europe; manufacturing wheel chairs and patient care products to service the disable.

Industrial Engineer
