- Directs and organizes all general accounting activities, prepares accounting and financial reports and ensures accurate accounting systems and record keeping. Trains and manages the accounting staff, ensuring the work generated is up to the required standard and accuracy level.
- Sends monthly financial report to Corporate Finance & Administration Manager
- Acts as the primary contact with the Tax and other external auditors and tax Authorities.
- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Reviews, approves and generates inter-company reports reflecting payables and receivables.
- Manages and executes the activities of the purchasing function.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget/targets
- Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts
- Acts as the primary contact with the External Auditors and provide them with the required information and documentation.
- Work closely with the senior management in Annual Operations plan (Budget) preparation.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Handling and Monitoring AR accounts.
- Monitoring all the company related branch's activities and do the required weekly/monthly review.
- Monitoring, Reviewing and Analyzing the company cost.
