Provides the necessary direction for the development and implementation of :
1) Organization structures, Job Descriptions, and Job Evaluations.
2) Guide and assist Company's Departments to prepare and develop their policies, procedures, forms, and processes according to the professional standards of the same.
3) Develop and update the Corporate Governance Guide with its executive bylaws, as well as Company's Authority Matrix.
Reporting directly to the Planning & Development Director
Provides strategic Human Resources (HR) leadership and Organizational Development (OD) support aligned to the vision, mission, core values and needs of the company . Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style guided by the objectives of the Company,
Provides the necessary direction for the development and implementation of :
1) Organization structures, Job Descriptions and Job Evaluations.
2) Human Resources policies, procedures and programs including; recruitment and employment practices, legal compliance, HRIS, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, employee relations, employee communication, employee learning and employee events.
Providing our clients with all HR Consultancy services as the company requirements, helping the organization to promote Human Resources Department to be a strategic partner through :
- Develop, Update and Monitor all HR activities within the organization in cooperation with the HR Team and other Management Executives; Specifically in the areas of Corporate Organization Structures, Career development, Compensations & Benefits, Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Training & Development, HR Policies & Procedures and Performance Management.

- Manage, monitor and follow up HC activities; including Training, and HC projects within BGC in a corporate level in cooperation with HC Management Team and BGC Executives
- Specifically in the areas of Corporate Committees Management & Structures, Career development, Compensations & Benefits, Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Training & Development
- Participates in developing & implementing HC Policies & Procedures and HR future plans for performance development to achieve HC Strategic objectives and BGCs in general, with a coordination and assistance of Local Consultant as well as International Firm (Mercer)
- Participates in Leading the Current HC projects of; People Strategy Implementation (Mercer), HR Oracle Modules enhancements (System), Saudisation Projects
All HR functions to upgrade the HR Department team work, specifically on Recruitment, Training Center, Salary and grading scheme, organization charts structure, and payroll processing and all other governmental relations with both insurance and labor offices, More over responsible for the company policy and procedures implementations, for a manpower of around 2500 employees
Iam responsible for all the administration works amonge the group of company which located in deferent locations in Egypt, more than 1500 labour staff to manage, many branches,
•A team of 20 Controllers reporting directly to me to run all works of Logistics .
•Manage & Follow up all works of Logistics Controllers from the point of issuing PO’s up to the level of stock into both depot & stores.
•Responsible to achieve the targets of Logistics department set by the management as following : High Availability of all lines on shelves into stores., High suppliers performance to depot., Holding two weeks stock into depot.
•Manage & support a team of Logistics Department to get a higher performance of working together.
•Responsible for all administrations of my team concerning payroll, time control, transportations which needed for a mobile team moving to collect data from both stores and depots .
•I was reporting directly to Logistics Operations Director and to Supply Chain Director through him .
•Management of Riyadh TV Complex Project
•Responsible for all financial and administration of Operations & Maintenance project operated by the company as a subcontractor (for 3 Years Contract) from the government (Ministry Of Information, MOI) .
•Managing manpower (Human Resources) - around 300 persons - for this project (deferent nationalities, positions), transportations, housing, purchasing, payroll, personnel affairs .. Etc..,
•I have a team of 5 Supervisors reporting to me to follow and control such missions .
•Managing the warehouse (depot) & stock control the spare parts stores contains more than 5000 items, each store controlled by computer program designed for it, I have a team of 5 warehouse Keeper plus the helpers for loading & unloading to act working daily within 24 hours for three shifts as it is a vital building of TV complex
•Reporting directly to Operations Director at the Head Office of the company and coordinate with the concerned Departments managers to get the best results of my above duties.

•Chief of Computer department at Head Office of the company Responsible for data entry for all departments of the company, preparing a report of each department (SMART sheets) to summit it to the Chairman to focus operations progress.
•Start as Personnel Officer at the Head Office of the company controlling all personnel, payroll, transportation etc. reporting to Administration Manager .
•Controlling financial and administration of outdoor Constructions Projects of the company from Head Office and onsite dealing with employees and subcontractors of those projects.
•Reporting to Financial Manager at Head Office.
