1) Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices according to Saudi’s labor law and aligning with the orgnization’s strategy.

7) Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
8) Creates and follow ups the HR initiatives with the top management, including Saudization and the recruiting of females as applicable.
9) Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.
10) Manage and supervise the necessary job of Government Relations department for the timely execution of company government formalities requests such as visas, iqamas, exit/re-entry visas, etc.
11) Manages all personnel administration tasks for staff including management of leaves, grievances and end of service- Ensures compliance with the company’s personnel regulations.
