Direct supervision of operation and maintenance team, responsible for the maintenance, services and security of work facilities to ensure meet the needs of SFDA standard and its employees.
• overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
• supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
• ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained

• check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies
• coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility
• use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
• respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences

• Evaluating operation and maintenance and providing recommendations. Carrying out effective client liaison for all projects undertaken.
• Liaising with stakeholder on a regular basis to ensure the successful of operation and maintenance team to agreed budgets and time frames.
• Identifying and matching needs to approved budget with project stakeholders.
• Establishing “Planned and Preventive Maintenance” PPM programs and procedures after project closure.
• Contributing to strategy formulation and forward planning as a member of the management team.
