5. Lead the analysis of market data and preparation of real estate reports for market demand and annual rent levels, historical data, and market comparisons to outline any required support and decisions from an internal department or management
6. Conducting periodic performance reports for sales & leasing team highlighting their performance against targets.
7. Oversee development of sales forecasts through an analysis of economics, market trends, legislation, sales data, etc.
8. Manage the development of the pricing strategy for the different products and developments in coordination with concerned holding and teams.
9. Manage the development of sales and leasing targets for each development and product and agree on the most suitable plans to achieve them in coordination with concerned holding teams.
10. Provide appropriate support to holding teams in the closure of large/strategic sales/leasing transactions.
11. Represent ROSHN in key events and conferences related to property sales and leasing as required.
12. Manage the establishment of partnerships with third-party real estate brokers to expand the reach and achieve sales targets.
