• Handling 14 labor camps + all sites’ camps of total 7000 labors.
• Supervising 110 employee representing my work force of controlling the camps.
• Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements.
• Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation
• Ensure that the establishment is running efficiently, any problems are quickly rectified, and standards of cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance are upheld (in rooms, bathrooms and public areas).
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.

• Responsible for the maintenance team that consists of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, AC technicians, masons, etc…

 Keeping track of active program budgets and ensuring that program expenses are strictly monitored monthly and that monthly expenses are on target.
