-Conduct Basic to Advance System, Apprenticeship Program, Product and Maintenance, New Product Introduction (NPI), Diagnostic, Analysis and Troubleshooting Training Session according to assign area of expertises for internal and external customer. -·Regularly updated technical training material (including assessment forms and procedures, course outlines, trainer modules, notes and presentations, trainee handouts, self-study materials, simulations and other practical exercises). -Assist Technical Training Controller to evaluate, develop, identify and implement facility and equipment upgrades kingdom-wide to ensure the technical training facility remain State-of-the-Art. -Assist Technical Training controller to evaluate, develop, improve and maintain training literature, tools, training aids required to deliver up to date and comprehensive training session. - Perform technical knowledge, skills assessments and certification on foundation, advance and expert levels of competencies as required by the CompanyTechnical Development Program. - Mastering all competencies required to support activities of Technical Training Specialist I an II - Plan, organize and mentor the Implementation of Technical Training Specialist I & II development program by developing their proficiency in required competency according to the desired standard. - Evaluate training sessions and results; implement necessary improvements to ensure that learning objectives are met efficiently and effectively. -Personally teach, explain, inform and supervise participant with lack of understandable on training material explained during the learning process to ensure all training participants get the equal skill and able to explore their strength and weakness. - Supervises apprenticeship program activities bydevelopment targets, delegating responsibilities, planning related activities, initiating corrective disciplinary actions in line with company guidelines, and monitors/evaluates their performance.
• Preparing and reviewing the monthly generation reports for sites • Provide information for all jobs done on site to Service department with checklists and reports. • Assist Operations Manager in following the Site Operations for Projects without Supervisor. • Provide requirements for Operational Sites with Consumable & Tools. • Provide necessary reports (interruptions, incident) to the concern Department • Distribute Man power as per sites requirement • Training & induction of Site Staff for ensuring proper Handling of Site. • Coordinate with S.O.S controller and sites for any action required • Follow up PMS material and oil stock at sites • Follow up with service operations for immediate response requiring their action. • Control Used Oil scenario at Sites / Altaaqa K-10 as per the Co. policy and norms. • Reviewing Fuel Reports submitted by Tashelat and Sites. • Attendance of Casual & Contractual Operators and Salary Process and update upon movement of Operators. • Update the Site Inventory to the clerk for ensuring 100 % system accuracy. • Inventory of Parts returned from sites and hand over to store coordinator. • Handling Operations Employee relation matters with HR, HO and PD&A. • Monitoring TAMM account (Traffic Violations) on daily basis and notifying concerned department, collecting details and raising PSR and follow up with PD&A for settling traffic violations. • Handling Oil Planner sheet with the Vendor for Oil requirements at all PP Sites and Follow up for deliveries. • Site Mobilization & De-mobilization data & follow-up.
