I am handling Sales in Syria-Lebanon-Jordan and Iraq. I started my job in 10-08-2008.our sales to these countries were Zero. Now we have 20 key accounts in my aria. Volume could reach 0.5 -0.75 Million USD monthly.
I achieved this progress getting help of our sales director, who added to my experience more patience, Focusing and Decision-making capacity.
In our company we are selling Hard Drives, Optical Drives.VGA cards and Motherboards. These products are known as Key products in Computer Hardware Market.
we could in my markets to push some brands like Hitachi HDD which was a Little demand brand in this field, by supporting, daily following up, and daily reporting our sales directors and products manager.
My responsibilities:
• Find customers, check their pay ability, reputation in market, and start fast cash deals with them.
• Focus in customers who can buy the products what I have in our stores, and pay attention to market demands for any new brand, and report it to management.
• Following up all payments, issue quarterly statement to be signed and stamped by customers, to avoid any kind of mistakes and to resolve any problem in the time.
• Manage stable profitability and increase it day by day.
• Give quarterly forecast to management, the thing what can help us control the stocks and stores.
• Study the credit profiles in region carefully, and provide my recommendations to management to help them make the correct decisions.
• Increase monthly turnovers, and focus in good profit items.
• Make a decision in any case and be responsible for that.

• Make the necessary promotion and marketing activities before Arriving the first order, showing our customers real samples of our products, to close fast deals, and this will help to save some storing and manpower expenses.
• Responsible to give a forecast to the next orders as soon as possible, to save and use all available time.
• Search new customers and enlarge our customer database to include second tier customers. The level what my sales policy will focus in.
• Search for new products what market can require, in fast future to add components business like RAM and CPU as Back2Back orders.
