• Setting the annual goals for the warehouse department according to
business plan and cascading that goals across the team and reviewing the performance to ensure the compliance and achievement of the goals as per the timeline and budget.
• Ensuring the CAPEX and OPEX expenses are within the annual Budget and working on cost saving/optimization initiatives that will reflect positively on the corporate P&L.
• Leading the operating system transformation by designing and implementing WMS system in 5 warehouses (R&P materials, long life UHT, chemical warehouse, FG cold store and bottles warehouse) and train the team on the new system and ensuring live integration without any error.
• Manage Mega team which 180 employees located in 5 sections and ensure they are providing best performance which monitored through SMART goals and measurable KPIs.
• Designing and implementing auto-replenishment system for the long life products to the sales depots considering the sales demand, lead time, and logistics cost.
• Work on improving the safety and security in all warehouses and monitor the LTA hours.
• Investigating the inventory variance and solve all issues related to the inventory count on spot and ensuring the inventory record accuracy are 99.9%.
• Review and revise the process in order to reduce the damages and wastage percentage.
• Make capacity planning and manage the 3PL providers and measure inbound and outbound Vs the target.
• Share with logistic provider the annual and monthly and daily loading plan.
• initiating SOPs for all warehouse processes and training the team on the implementation of these SOPs with a frequent review on the compliance to the SOPs.

• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all warehousing, receiving, and handling and shipping SOP's.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Manage the internal stock control and reconcile through cycle count.
Prepare annual budget and review the actual expense Vs the placed budget.
Liaise with the suppliers and freight Dept.
Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees.
Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, cycle count report, etc)
Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
Manage the Hubs operations and teams, including Inbound, Inventory and Outbound.
Create KPI’s and implement simple systems for evaluating and improving performance.
Use order life analysis to monitor end-to-end warehouse process and improve operational efficiency.
Design dashboards to easily identify bottleneck areas of the operational processes.
Oversee daily reporting on Incidents/Change/Problem tickets and SLA status.
Receive the complaints related to hubs, investigate it and place the preventive solution to avoid repeating again.
Monitor the queues closely to identify anomalies and thus improve customer satisfaction.
Ensure the timely scan at all the legs and updating in systems for movement as transferable unit.
work closely with planning team for orders amendments to insure the efficacy of orders replenishment.
Liaise with the technical teams as well as the local teams on all matters related to warehousing systems.
Controlling Losses from Warehouses.
Controlling Out-of-Stock (OOS) and verify the reasons of the OOS.
review the MTD and YTD budget Vs target Vs actual sales.
Targeting to improve and extend the service scope of warehouse to cover new initiative continuously provide the service scope.
Manage the budget of warehouse very closely for cost efficient operation.
Set the targets and goals for individual warehouse teams responsibility and develop and plans for their achievement.
Manage the inflow, outflow, and storage of all FG products in the warehouse with right temperature.
Ensure all the sales orders as per each depot allocation are shipped to in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules/ sales date.
Maintains the inventory by conducting weekly and monthly physical counts, reconciling variances if any, inputting data and verify the output.
Maintain strict control over inventory accuracy in order to meet internal and external demand of product.
Review the variances and discrepancies with my inventory team, find out the root cause and place the required action plans with adjustments as well and align with finance team.
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, temperature, and recommending improvements.
Managing a team of warehouse staff, including the recommending training, performance evaluation & setting their individual assignments as well as KPI’s
Communicate and coordinate with manufacturing, planning, freight, and sales team pertaining to production, allocation and loading timing matters, and raise the concern if there is any risk.
ensure all the assets are proper utilized (warehouse, MHE, office equipment, etc.).
comply with quality and safety standard as per company policies and procedure.
Performs other duties as may assign by Logistics Director.
• Ensure accurate transactions for the receiving and issuing processes by implementing the required SOPs for these processes, this will ensure that the physically receiving and issuing is typically identical with the ERP system.
• Classify all the warehouses stored items according to ABC classification theory which classifies the items according to the item value, and movement, and make a periodical physical count for each category items.
• Ensure best utilization for the shipping workforce and MHEs to increase the productivity man liter per hour, which will be reflected in the cost per liter, this is achieved by continuous improvement for the material handling pathways from the warehouse to the shipping gates, and full utilization for the material handling tools / equipment’s.
• Ensure that the current workforce is within the WH/Logistics budget.
• Ensure FIFO and FEFO methods in FG warehouses, and implement the required SOPs which ensuring applying these methods.
• Implement the required corrective actions to minimize the inventory damages, and losses.
• Ensure fully utilizing for the trucks capacities which loaded with our FG to the different sales centers to decrease the transportation cost per liter.
• Ensure applying the required activities to achieve 5S, and GMP/Hygiene requirements.
• Lead, and motivate the team for cost saving initiatives.
• Held training sessions for the Warehouses Team Leaders, and storekeepers to improve their skills and knowledge which will positively reflected in their performance.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relations with Employees
Fully responsible for equipment in the warehouse: forklifts and man-rise
Coordinate with Customer Service, Planning and Purchasing departments to make sure the workflow runs smoothly.
Handel weekly stock takes and quarterly stock takes.
Submits required reports from direct manager.
Prepare and maintain routine records ex. attendance sheets.
Organizing staff schedules, delegating duties and maintaining proper timely stock replenishment.
Handlings with Production lines about type of Products will the factory are making.
Insurance that the receiving orders from stores of sub stores meets the required accuracy.
Insurance that the picking orders meets the required accuracy.
Follow-up documentary course at the warehouseman.
Helps to increase the performance of work process by solving problems that affects warehouseman productivity.
Follow up the maintenance to ensure that industry sanitation and safety codes.
Completing the handover sheets to complete any pending tasks with other Co-workers
Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in
place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Shift Supervisor.
Ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s under his purview.
Supervises and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum space utilization.
Guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
Coordinates and supports the Shift Supervisor in administrative tasks of his team.
Coordinates with the Stock Control Team for resolving discrepancies and non conformities
