Responsibilities:

• Trial trench excavation to identify all the utilities such as L.V and H.V cables, ETC, Du, water lines, 132 KV and Dusup gas lines (Enoc, Eppco, DFO, Dolphin and Emdad).
• Dewa verification for 11, 132 and 400 KV cables for NDM, construction and borehole NOCs purposes.
• Coordination with borehole subcontractors (Geo Science and Advanced Lab) for borehole drilling for soil investigation reports.
• Cables diversion and reinstatement as per Dewa check list with coordination of Dewa supervisors.
• Guide wall execution and area preparation for shoring subcontractors (Secant piles, Sheet piles and King post systems).
• NDM pit excavation, blinding, preparation and handing over to NDM division/subcontractors for micro-tunneling works (AVN 600, 800, 1200 and 1600).
• Manhole construction by in-situ, Pipe connection and installation of precast units.
• Checking technical design and drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.
• Liaising with consultant and subcontractors. Liaising with procurement department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified site requirements.
• Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies or problems arising during construction which affect the quality and cost of works performed.
• Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all the subcontractors.
• Preparation of daily and monthly progress reports in addition to tracking sheets for the monthly targets.
