Ensures the Cost Efficiency and supply capability in the area of responsibility (On Time In Full Order execution)
Guarantees the quality performance, the planned production outcomes and on time delivery
Coordinates with VCM the production planning within area of responsibility
Guarantees timely preparation and implementation of the production plan
Serves as operational contact point to the CSO/CTO/COO areas
Prepares operational reports about the production progress
Ensures introduction of quality standards and the LEONI Operating System
Ensures even distribution of the production and the right utilization of the equipment and manufacturing resources
Supports as required RFQ/ New project implementations
Provides input and follows up for processes optimizations direct and indirect as well
Leads the continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility together with OPEX team
Assumes responsibility for the defined KPI's with daily / weekly /monthly follow up and implements necessary countermeasures and escalation. (e.g. KOSU, KATA)

Ensure rapid feedback to customer questions relating to production topics
Support customer audits/ visits together with the leading function
Detailed headcount planning in line S&OP and new projects / EOP together with supporting functions
Motivate teams to achieve high levels of efficiency whilst maintaining / improving quality performance
Manage performance reviews with employees ( e.g. Target agreements/ devleopment plans/ succession plans etc)
Regular communications with teams (daily Stand up meeting /shift meetings / team meetings etc) performance / customer feedback / SHE topics etc

Technical Sales Engineer
(Acting as Concrete Batch Plant Manager)
•Scheduling Equipment and Manpower including drivers to meet daily requirements
•Responsible for purchasing the raw materials
•Booking of concrete pouring schedule
