-Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
-Coordinate, analyze and report the financial performance to Management and Board of Directors (financial
performance, projections and other special projects as required).
-Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal -management
and external parties (Budgets).
-Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms performance
-Develop, implement and maintain accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging
set of activities including financial accounting and reporting, employee relations (hiring/terminating policies)
and other corporate policies.
-Proficiency in all aspects of corporate accounting and all pertinent GAAP, .
-Responsible for all corporate and human resource financial activities including employee benefits,
retirement plans, corporate insurance and related activities. This includes the coordination of these activities
with HR department.
- Reports to CEO.
-Prepare and process all Board Of directors, General Assembly meetings.
Review management systems -policies & procedures and make recommendations on it.
- Ascertaining of compliance with established policies, plans and procedures.
- Help management to maximize assignment profitability by give it periodic analysis about
sales- profit margin (particularly for branches) .
- Identifying areas of potential efficiency improvements.
- Asses and evaluate, risk management, compliance & integrations. And Prepare risk based
audits reviews
- Report on the findings and recommendations and monitor management's response and
Implementation.
-Review and report on the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of the financial and other
information that is provided for management
- Promote controls and sound risk management.
- Identify any gaps in controls and make practical recommendations.
- Conduct any reviews or tasks requested by, Auditing director, provided a such reviews and
tasks do not compromise the independence or objectivity of the internal audit function as
audit plan priorities.
