• A senior architect with 6 years of progressive and diverse experience in architecture and interior design in architectural shop drawings, Engineering details, projects presentation, tenders, technical office & sites Management for a diverse projects.
•Put the primary design (interior, exterior & land scape) using auto cad and 3d max high-quality rendering and Follow-up during the design implementation and modify it according to site requirements until the end of the project and its conformity.
• Develop and issue detail design drawings based on client specification and requirements.
• Ensure all design are in accordance with relevant standards and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate architecture drawings with MEP.
• Plan, execute and deliver projects safely and on schedule and budget.
• Administer and manage contractors and vendors (from tendering phase to close out).
• Liaise and coordinate with the client, vendors, contractors, authorities and senior management to ensure proper communication between project stakeholders.
