• Making sure that all reservations are being entered correctly into the computer through FIDELIO Software.
• Keeping files on all reservations.
• Ensuring that a high standard of customer care and treatment is delivered to each guest.
• Overseeing the day-to-day spa activities and managing reception spa personnel.
Provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Duties include general clerical, receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
