Maintain the personnel and Administration role of the HR department. Developed a local updated HR policies and procedures book, Administrate all labor office and social insurance office related work, reviewed and developed contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
Maintains organization Recruitment role : developed a local recruitment procedure with new sourcing strategy, and screening and selection criteria’s
Maintains organization Performance Management and Training role : reviewed the PM process to ensure effective implementation and improvement was done to ensure achieving the targeted goal of the process
Maintains organization Compensation & Benefit role: Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion, employee’s benefits and conducting salary surveys to ensure equity among employees.
