• Assisting Sr. Payroll Administrator in providing an accurate and timely processing of compnay’s payroll
• Verifyinh leaves and final settlements
• Salary card processing for skilled employees such as application, renewal, switch claim, reissuance and cancellation of salry cards using c3 payroll system
• Providing payroll related reports
- Doing holiday cover for processing of payroll, leave salary and final payments
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
To provide accurate and timely processing of company’s payroll
Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports
Liaise with staffs and management in payroll related inquiries
Calculating leaves, accruals, and final payments
Liaise with the bank in any payroll related inquiries
HR ADMINISTRATOR
Preparing documents for visa and labour card processing
Handling and preparing travel documents of employees and executives including airline tickets, hotel accommodations, land transfers, etc.
Administering HR related documentation such as offer letters, contracts of employment, leavers and pensions information
Liaise with PRO in regards with all Labour and Immigration matters
Ensures relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation
Managing sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files.
Assisting in recruitment process - liaise with recruitment agencies, set up interviews, and issue relevant correspondence
Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Negotiating with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions
Filter information and maintaining records relating to staffs
Preparing advertisement and notices for vacant positions in the organization
Handling issues and inquires in unavailability of HR Manager
Preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, participating in selection process, and administering pre-employment tests as required.
Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, processing confidential reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines, and taking down minutes as needed.
Preparing source documentation needed for new hires, or effective changes in pay, status, or benefits.
Establishing, maintaining and controlling personnel, employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondence, and reports.
Preparing the required travel documents of the selected candidates
Handle travel arrangements for employers overseas including all land transfers and hotel accommodations.
Proper monitoring of petty cash fund
