Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
To work as directed on station of assignment under appropriate Executive Chef.
Make sure all food is prepared by recipes designated by Executive Chef.
Make sure food quality and quantity meets our standards and sent to correct area on time.
Ensure all food items for storage must be covered with vita film, dated and labeled.
Assist to oversee the punctuality and appearance of all kitchen employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department's grooming standards.
