I have extensive experience in all aspects of generalist Human Resources Management and fulfilled a leadership role in the Medicross Healthcare Group. I was responsible for planning, developing and implementing Manpower strategies and accountable for Recruitment processes to ensure adequate and competent staff to meet the needs of the business. I was facilitating the quarterly executive Skills Development and Talent Management committee meetings. · In a Netcare Group HR perception survey, performed in 2007, I achieved the highest rating (92%) on my job level in the national HR team;
