Role: Vice President (VP) Site Acquisition
• Team formulation for Direct and In-Direct Team:
• Responsible for project team management
• To responsible for project progress control
• To doing negotiation with site owners, developer, Building Management
• To manage acquisition costs by negotiating for maximum prices aligned with the ceiling provided by the company
• To leveraging the relationship for Site Acquisition in High Rise and Flat Bad per market plan in the potential sites Responsibilities include Site MoU and permission
• To handling complex negotiations, especially deals with community Issue, and Mass Organization (Ormas)
• To handling Special tasks: Problematic sites and Government Relation
• Tomanaging client accounts and assisting in growth and development of staff as well as the overall firm.
• Involves expanding and securing new business, managing project portfolio that meets or exceeds projections, and participating in the internal management of the company.
• Guide staff development through identifying skills needs, delegating tasks appropriately and motivating project staff to provide outstanding client service.
• To setup and building “Star Team” to meet up with targets, creation of right size of team to deliver the maximum output
• To find and selecting resource team member
• To support Marketing & Communication (Marcom) to creating marketing event to generate and increasing Sales at High Rise Building (HRB) such as: Apartments, Condominium, Flat, etc. and landed such as: Real Estate, residence, etc.
• To negotiation with site owners (developer, RT/RW, Building Management, PPRS, etc.) to acquire access in potential sites
• Support and helping Rollout team with issues related to building or builder issue to smoothen the Rollout
• Government Relation tasks
• To analysis Profit & Loss (P&L)
