Monitor, Supervise and Perform the implementation of the Project Management and contract administration activities through SABAH AL-SALEM UNIVERSITY CITY Project, it is a university campus having an area of about 6 million sqm. with an estimated budget of KD 3, 000, 000, 000, it contains two campuses (Main Campus & Medical Campus)., the university accommodates about 40, 000 Students, it is a World Class Learning Facilities

Manage and lead the Planning Team which contains 3 senior planning engineers to perform the following duties:

•Preparation of the Project’s detailed time schedule.
•Loading the schedule by the major resources and all of the contract quantities & prices.
•Tracing the Progress and prepare the required updates for the project schedule.
•Producing the progress reports and presentations.
•Attend the progress and planning meetings with the client.
•Making the necessary re-scheduling for the project to catch the agreed finish date after getting the approved time extensions.
•Prepare any recovery schedules may be required to absorb any recorded delays.
•Issuance of delay analysis reports & recommendations to recover the delays.
•Sharing with Charter Q.S. in the Preparation of any contractor’s claims.

•Implementing The PCS Strategies & Management Plan for (Tennis Complex Project, KD 40, 000, 000) at its different phases (Basic Design, Interior design, Construction & Close out).
•Making the required review and related actions for all the PCS submittals done by the Designers and contractors for the same project.
•Tracking the Compliance of the Contractors with The Contract Requirement & Taking the Required Contractual Actions accordingly.
•Sharing with the Management Team is Study of the Claims submitted by the contractors and preparing the required counter claims.
•Making the required reviews and related actions for The PCS submittals done by the contractors for some other Different Projects (Jet Aviation Package 4B & 4C, Discovery Project & Hawally - Municipality project).
