1. Communication/implementation of global and
regional SCM strategies for areas such as Direct and Indirect Materials & Services
(IM&S), Transportation, Trade & Logistics (TT&L), Strategic Sourcing,
Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, Supply Base
Management, Quality, Sustainability, and SCM Systems. Drives compliance
to global and regional sourcing strategies in the areas of direct material, IM&S and TT&L to

Divisions at country level.
4. Identifying best solutions and triggers improvements
from relevant SCM organization to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Identifies, documents, and communicates best practices through the use of
Benchmarking, surveys and case studies for establishing frameworks and
preferred business practices.
5. Process & tools Contributes to development and implementation of SCM standards, tools
and processes in the Country.
6. Training Identifies training needs and provides training to ensure successful
implementation of global/region/local initiatives.
