Accomplishments:
•Built the APIs layer from scratch which enabled partners and clients to integrate with Maestro directly
•Built the Maestro portal to host all provided services
•Rebuilt all the personas for Maestro to help the team be more user centric
•Introduced the team to OKRs and facilitated Vision, strategy, and OKRs workshops
•Identified and created products metrics to be able to measure the product’s success and practice data-driven decisions

Products
•Jigsaw provides a single, secure platform that enables law enforcement, security agencies and other public institutions to capture, process, classify and validate information from multiple data sources to provide valuable and timely insight to the full range of operational personnel and senior management.
•Hoopoe is a banking Chat Bot built and geared towards banks and financial organizations that deal with a lot of customers and have large sets of FAQs.
•Heap is an analytical platform designed for higher education institute to provide a holistic view about students, faculties, and financial statements. The product also predicts students challenges, churn, and expected performance.
Accomplishments
•Built the products department from scratch
•Created three products, all generated revenue, two of them are profitable and still growing.
•Created all products marketing material, sales kits, websites, and contracts templates.
•Signed co-selling partnership agreement with two big technology vendors that helped to drive the products’ growth
for business development activities for OMS Gulf offerings and products
•Supervising presales engineers across all regions.
•Handling multi-million dollars yearly targets
•Engaging in the whole sales cycle from helping to write the RFP, meeting with customers, qualifying opportunities, pitching ideas and solutions, building proposals, and negotiating with clients
•Delivering demos, presentations, training, and awareness sessions.
•Helping Marketing and product management departments to develop sales-kits.
•Building plans, objectives and KPIs for Pre-Sales team members.
