Supervising full employee visa related issue and providing full
administrative support to Group General Manager, HR & Administration
Manager.
Executing Office Administration & cash flow for employees’ visa related issues
Handling visa cancellation of all employees and doing the repatriation process
Documenting the transactions pertaining to Visa Manager against employees
and generating visa related expense vouchers for ANC Group of Companies
Entering Group Company’s voucher expense details in HRMS and
submitting to accounts for their approval
Arranging Visit Visa for company’s guests and for personal employees;
generating employee code for ANC staff and workers
Preparing appointment letters and joining duty reports for company staff
Managing petty cash and generating invoice from Oracle and submitting to
accounts for their approval and reimbursement
Tracking status of employee’s visa, work permit details and accordingly
renewing their visa status and also tracking the new employee’s visa
details and processing the employment visa.
Preparing monthly report on cost projection for employee visa related
immigration & work permit and sending reports for senior manager approval
Conducting regular follow ups with Accounts Dept. for arranging funds for
visa related matters, confidential information and completing all tasks in a
timely and professional manner

retrieval, computer indexing, book marking on files for fast findings
Interacted with various high level people for submitting reports as required
Prepared various kinds of correspondences relating with the project between
client, sub-contractors & suppliers
Documented the actual quantity and prepared the incoming material reports
and delivery reports for outgoing materials at site, during receiving and
delivering of materials
Controlled incoming & outgoing documents, filed procedures, contract
documents, drawings, and others with recent revisions, indexing, reporting,
done all through computerized system; distributing the same to the concerned
departments
Prepared communication and managed with various matters with customers,
suppliers and manpower
