Tasks:
• Coordinate between site works and shop drawings (Architectural, Structural, ID & MEP drawings).
• Coordinate with consultant engineers for site inspections.
• Prepare site material requisitions for site works.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors of all engineering activities.
• Review IFC packages and issue the RFI.
• Prepare contracts and work orders for sub-contractors.
• Coordinate with procurement team and suppliers for required materials.
• Prepare contracts with contractors.

Tasks:
• Monitor project plans, schedules & budgets.
• Follow up on important actions and decisions related to projects activities.
• Attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Create project management calendar to fulfill each goal & objective.
• Coordinate with authorities to obtain all necessary permits and licenses for projects in the new downtown of Amman - Al Abdali.
• Follow up with design phases of Abdali projects to ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Prepare presentation materials.
• Responsible to properly and officially hand over lands to developers.
• Responsible to manage all regulatory and architecturally aspects of the site.
• Convey all developers engineering requirements from/to operations departments as required.
• Assurance of the developer abidance with contract requirements and obligations.
• Manage the review of construction & permits release.
• Manage the relation with municipality regulatory departments and other ministries and authorities.

Worked on the Final master plan and final design studies of Al Abdali projects (the new downtown of Amman), conceptual studies & architectural drawings, also on design development and detailed design drawings of the pedestrian commercial spine (The Boulevard).
