- Salesforce.com project manager/ Data steward and administrator. Training of users and support to Eastmed users. Leader for new enhacements and projects within Schneider Eastmed.

- Preparation of Sales efficiency monthly/ quarterly and yearly reports.
-Coefficients creation/update and unblocking orders in SAP.
- Catalogues replenishment in sales countries/ Coordination with Marcom.
- Project Manager and coordinator on Sustainable development projects in Schneider Eastmed.

- Coordination of team tasks.
- Coach the team on Order processing/ SAP, on Communication to Customers and provide support for problem solving.
- Daily administration of logistics tasks related to problem solving with suppliers, SAP, and Finance department.
- Support to SC & Logistics Manager in the deployment of KPIs and Projects Action Plan deployment.
-End of month reports (KPI calculations- GIT analysis to Finance)
-On monthly basis, revise and report backlog and forecasted invoice dates to Finance and SC planner
- Perform internal department audit on OP process coherence and application consistency
-Maintenance of Order Management processes to meet ISO 9001 & Bridge requirements.
- Carry on Action Plans with suppliers for Order Processing requirements stabilization and improvements
-Coordination with various SEEM departments on projects, e.g Finance & Quality department to meet the needs of external or internal Audit requirements, Bridge and ISO 9001.
- Backup during team holidays and absences.

- Logistics SAP implementation player in Eastmed.
- Coach the team on Order processing/ SAP, on Communication to Customers and provide support for problem solving.

- Preparing libyan visas requests to be sent to the immigration and then coordinating their issue with the main office in Paris.
