• Work alongside Material Planning Officers and Supervisors in finding cost effective and timely
solutions by reviewing IPC, CMM and other documentation and suggesting alternate/breakdown part
numbers or InHouse/In Situ Repair options.
• Assist the material officers and Supervisors define part numbers and setup interchangeabilities in the
ERP system after collecting the required data from IPC, CMM, SB, Sfile and other technical
documentation
• Assist Material Planning Officers and Supervisors in data compilation required for Float calculations,
Float Review, Surplus reviews, Nonmoving parts etc.
• Assist in stocktaking of EK Inventory at DXB and provide support at Outstation stores, to achieve the
desired level of accuracy of inventory against physical stock levels.
• Assist in reviews of Gross StockValue, Service Levels, Inventory Float & Quantities, Usage and other
Planning Parameters of Inventory Control Module in ERP system, in order to maintain data accuracy.

• Coordinate scheduling for maintenance tasks, repair work, and production activities to optimize workflow and reduce equipment downtime.
• Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance schedules, work orders, service reports, and compliance certifications using maintenance
management systems.
• Manage and track inventories of workshop supplies, spare parts, and tools to ensure that essential items are always available for ongoing
operations.
• Liaise with procurement and store personnel to reorder materials promptly and avoid delays in plant operations.
• Serve as the central point of contact between workshop technicians, and external vendors.
• Facilitate effective communication by preparing daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports and updates, ensuring that all teams are
informed of scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.
• Support the workshop supervisor in overseeing staff scheduling, timesheet management, and resource allocation.

Site Inspections: Conduct detailed, hands on inspections of all signage and fencing, checking for structural integrity, alignment, paint finish,
and proper installation.
Defect Identification: Identify nonconformances such as improper lighting in signage, damaged materials, poor welding on fences, loose
fixings, or incorrect placement.
Documentation & Reporting: Create comprehensive, photographic, and digital reports of all snags (defects) and categorize them in snag lists
or specialized software (e.g., PlanGrid, SnagR).
Contractor Coordination: Work with contractors and subcontractors to communicate identified issues and track the rectification process.
Verification (Desnagging): Reinspect corrected work to ensure it meets specifications before final signoff.
Compliance Check: Ensure all materials and finishes conform to local, structural, and safety standards.

IT General Controls (ITGC) Evaluation: Assess IT infrastructure, application controls, cybersecurity readiness, and automated business
processes.
System Governance & Risk: Review IT security policies, access management (e.g., IAM), and data protection measures to enhance Digital Dubai
services.
Compliance Audit: Verify that digital projects and IT expenditures comply with Law No. 4 of 2018 (Financial Audit Authority) and UAE
standards.
Performance Evaluation: Analyze the efficiency of IT systems, databases, and digital platforms in achieving government objectives.
Reporting & Advisory: Prepare audit reports, identify control gaps, and provide recommendations to management regarding risks.
