• I have started with "The Gulf Trading & Refrigerating Co., " as a "Key Accounts Sales Manager" for "Master Foods Division".
• In (08-03-2008) I have been promoted to "Sales & Marketing Manager" for "Master Foods Division".
Responsibilities:-
• Develop and control all the Co., products Sales & Marketing affairs
• Conducting the Rolling Forecasting for the expected future sales for each SKU for a curtain future period .
• Setting up and following up the achievement of the current year Sales Targets
• Sitting up the Co., Brands Positioning & setting up their Pricing Strategies.
• Plan and implement long term loyalty programs for all the traders .
• Draw and follow up the execution of a proper Promotional campaignsby projecting the:
1) ATL (Above The Line Marketing Promotional Activities)
2) BTL (Below The Line Marketing Promotional Activities)
• Managing each Distributor Operations .
• Evaluating the Customers Needs, the Buying Behavior and the Market Trends to determine the required specifications which suppose to be available in my Brands products SKUs.
• Setting up the Co., Sales & Marketing Force performance evaluation criteria’s.
• Recruit and train the new Sales and Marketing comers.
• Project and put proper Training Programs to the Co., Sales & Marketing persons.
• project and follow up the execution of the Route to Market Project.
• Setting up the Co., Sales & Marketing Business Plan, determine the dedicated expenses budget for all the sales and the marketing operation aspects and administer it .
• Develop the Co., relationships with the key Accounts and run all the negotiations to conclude the annual Business Development Agreements + Conducting the periodical Business Reviews with each Key Account .
