• Managing a Team of 5 packers
• Engage in some Marketing activities by sending Company Profile to prospective clients through email and visiting establishments such as Schools, Embassy, Hospitals, Multinational Companies etc.
• Run meeting to discuss the development, concerns and issues of the Team
• Monitor leads/inquiries and follow-up quotations provided
• Receive walk-in and phone inquiry for moving/relocation and conducts pre-move surveys
• Provides quotation from Agents within 24hrs of receipt (covering Kuwait, UAE, Bahrain, Syria)
• Grant/Approve discount if necessary to close the deal
• Create instructions for each job and monitor if executed accordingly
• Ensure client satisfaction and encourage feedback by providing Performance Evaluation Report to better improve the current practice if encountered some issues
• Send Invoice to client and ensure the payment collection on the agreed terms
• Monitor the movement of the shipment from start to finish and update the client and agent.
• Answer any queries’ which the client may have about the moving process, including costs.
• Conducts pre-move survey to client inquiry, facilitate all moving inquiries
• Consult, estimate and sell relocation and moving services to residential customers and companies
• Create and follow-up on leads, self generate sales opportunities
• Provides quotation/rates for domestic and international moves
• Solve practical problem and deal with different issues professionally
• Monitor the status of the job from start to finish ensuring customer satisfaction
• Prepare all required documentation for each transaction, as well as ensuring the client has done the same and all documentation reaches the required department in a good time.
• Handling Al -Jassar plus Concept (Loyalty member card) assisting the customers to achieve the target.
• Assisting for building customers database, marketing campaigns, prints, flyer, dealing with the suppliers
• Attend to and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests and follow up contractors feedback
• Oversaw activities, planned loads, and scheduled deliveries by truck to the customer
• Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with the contractors to ensure on-time delivery
• Prepare Shipping Document, Keeping record of all outgoing document, and make sure that Orders had Been processed
