Joined as Operations and Navigation Officer, and crafted an upward growth curve to merit multiple promotions to the current position of Admiral, based on service record strength and Naval Academy Commander through 34 years of dedicated services in Saudi Navy.
Highlights:
■ Merited the post of an Admiral - and attained such a position of power and trust of the highest ranking and most senior officer, through many years of loyal dedication to the service.
■ Chiefly in charge to ensure that the Navy is fit to fight and can deliver the military capability required to defend KSA and its interests.
■ Managed many facets to the position, oversaw a highly diverse set of responsibilities from the mundane, such as attending diplomatic functions, lecturing at Naval Academy, and inspecting the naval squad.

■ Developing and generating a balanced and integrated Royal Navy capability, and for maintaining the fighting effectiveness, efficiency and morale of the Service.
■ Ensuring safety of personnel and equipment through compliance with directives and policy guidance; ensure an effective safety awareness, education, and inspection program within the unit.
■ Additionally managing the delivery of the Naval Service’s current and future personnel, equipment and infrastructure.

■ Responsible for the military and professional development of the more than 700 officers.
■ Oversaw the day-to-day conduct and training of new cadets and get the next generation of leaders ready to enter the Navy force.
■ Prepared cadets morally, mentally and physically to be professional officers in the naval service.
■ Instilled the highest ideals of duty, honor and loyalty in order to graduate leaders who are dedicated to a career of naval service and have potential for future development in mind and character to assume the highest responsibilities of command, citizenship and government.
■ Managed the academic program and the faculty, designed the training document and reviewed training programs and instructor performance.
■ Played a vital role in supporting the Navy mission, ensured availability of simulators and handled several training projects and assignments mandated by the higher headquarters.
