Create project plan on ZOHO and assign resources time frame and dependencies and fallow up project resources activities on ZOHO.
Analyses all IT business needs for the project.
Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project.
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
Lead IT Department operational and strategic planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources.
Execute the project according to the project plan
Ensure that personnel files are properly maintained and kept confidential
Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
Sign of the project from customers and submit invoice for collection and support in collection if required

Acquisition & Deployment
•Benchmark, analyze, report on, and make recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and
IT systems.
•Manage financial aspects of the IT Department, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.
•Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
•Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for projects, security, system recovery, standards,
purchasing, and service provision.
•Negotiate and administer vendor, outsourcer, and consultant contracts and service agreements.
Operational Management
•Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers,
PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
•Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services.
•Work with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• Direct research on potential technology solutions in support of procurement efforts.
• Keep current with the latest technologies.

•Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
•Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.

•Design the function of the subscription to give best security with minimum steps in operation to be developed by third

After graduation, in process of getting experienced in my field so I have worked as trainee in couple of huge computers business that days (Compu-Tech, Infinity Computer)
Then I moved on to work in companies business environment to get the right experiences and proper training to move forward with my careers, and I have made some achievement in those companies (Kamal Osman Jamjoom, integrated computer information system) Specially in POS and software implementation deliveries part .
I have been graduated from CSTC center based in Jeddah which was the agency of American university in British in 1997 with very good Graduation rate.
