•Develop, implement and manage the Specialty leasing, temporary leasing and advertising plan and budget of the full year.
•Achieve specialty leasing and advertising income goals established for the mall.
•Responsible for generating additional revenue through specialty leasing and temporary deals by canvassing, cold calling and expanding existing tenants by adding new concepts.
•Manage leasing of all storages and ATMs.
•Identify concepts for the program that complement the in-line retail program.
•Supervising the daily operations of temporary tenants to ensure that they maintain mall standards and stick to the contractual obligations.
•Creating and updating all reports for the Specialty Leasing Department, including, but not limited to the property budget, occupancy reprts and RMU sales.
•Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers to sell new advertising programs, and to retain and increase running advertisements.
•Educate the customers and generate awareness as to how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services most effectively.
•Follow up on all advertising inquiries in a timely manner, and keep a log of all contacts made/outcomes of those interactions.
Marketing Duties
•Helping in planning & preparing the marketing plan and budget for the year.
•Preparation & planning the budget for the inmall Advertising Sales.
•Implementing the marketing plan which includes PR activities, Promotional campaigns, Theme Decorations & Advertising in an effort to generate maximum customer traffic.
•Coordinating events and activities as planned by the Marketing Deparment.
•Handling & coordinating all community events involving the public & private sectors.
•Contracting suppliers for entertainment events, printing publicity material, advertising & media agencies, newspapers & magazines as well.
•Maintaining good relations with the tenants, to give them explanations & information about all the events & promotions which are taking place in the mall.
•Gathering information from the tenants about their complaints & feedback regarding the events organized by the marketing dept.
•Conduct Market Surveys and present analytical reports to the marketing manager such as traffic of the mall, visitor’s nationalities, visitor’s country of origin, most visited retailers, peak sales periods etc…
•Help in maintaining high corporate standards in all operations.
Leasing Duties
•Preparing & planning budget for the specialty leasing department.
•Achieving specialty leasing targets and revenues beyond budgeted forcasts at all times.
•Generating new accounts through Market visits.
•Ensuring all Free Standing islands, kiosks & promotion stands are meeting the criteria and high operational standards.
•Using Data Bank/listings to reach out to the potential Customers via tele-communications.
