Supervising the implementation of medical Furniture & equipment project in the
maternity hospitals.
Project Value 700 millions

- Medical equipment for (ICU, NICU, PICU) single-day and main operating rooms and caesarean section, sterilization department, intensive care unit for children, newborns and adults with a modular system, refrigerator and mortuary department, dental department, dialysis department, medical laboratory department, radiology department, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) requirements Mammography device, CT SCAN device, osteoporosis device (DEXA), X-ray device (X-RAY).

Follow up Testing&Commissioning MEP activities

The project is located west of King Abdullah Medical Complex, north of Jeddah. It’s a 8-Storey Hospital, with a capacity of 400-Bed. It will be equipped with a large number of nurseries. It will be an addition to the delivery services and children provided by the hospital for obstetrics and childbirth

project involves building and operating a Sewage Treatment Plant in north Jeddah, The capacity to produce around 400 m3 of treated water daily, cost around 2.5M SR


Lead all Mechanical Work activities on site: HVAC(Chillers, AHU, FCU, CHW Pumps
Duct SYS, ..etc) Firefighting (water, FM200, CO2 Foam, Fire Pumps) & STP & BMS and Plumbing works.

• Responsible for Requests for mechanical activities on site

• Prepare and review project Letters & reports.

- A member in supervising the implementation of 11 hospitals in various regions of the Kingdom with the Ministry of Health. With a value of up to 2 billion Saudi riyals
- Review designs of mechanical systems firefighting, air ducts, drainage, Plumbing, boilers, air conditioning and heating, and applying the engineering code
- visit duct factories to approval of materials.
- Visit El Sewedy Cables Factory in Egypt for the purpose of inspecting the transformer production lines of all kinds, examining the tests inside the factory and approving the start of supplying transformers to Sakaka Hospital.
- Participation in the meetings of suppliers and agents for security and safety systems and hospital management at the Ministry of Health.
