Logical Thinking & Foresight: Formulated supply chain process and procedures for smooth execution of projects within time & cost parameters. To better compete in the marketplace, formulated a well-defined Supply Chain Business Model that can react quickly to client needs. The result was zero complaints from customers about late deliveries and 48-hour supply time instead of weeks or months. Showcased savings of over US $ 4.5 Million through successful management of supply chain development initiatives for the Middle East and North Africa.
